What is the home organization process like?

Every Orlando professional organization service begins with a walk-through tour as an opportunity for you to show me around your home, help me get acclimated to your daily routine, and introduce me to the spaces that need the most attention or are causing the most stress for you. We will work together to make decisions about how you best envision your dream space to serve a purpose. Then we begin the hands-on steps of clearing the space, creating itemized categories, decluttering what’s no longer serving you, reassessing inventory, and finding the perfect spot for your precious items. The final product is a calm, manageable oasis that simplifies your life.

Do I need to be there the entire time?

This is up to you! Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others appreciate the opportunity to delegate. Your presence is required during the decluttering process, as I will need your help in making decisions about what to keep and what to let go. Once we’ve eliminated what you don’t need, you’re free to step away as long as you are available to accept calls or texts to help finish the job successfully. If you choose to stay the entire time, your helping hand will certainly help the project go by faster!

Do I need to purchase bins or organizers?

I am happy to make good use of baskets or organizational tools you already own. However, the nicest outcome is achieved when I am able to curate the best storage bins, baskets, and dividers that perfectly maximize your space. I can purchase bins on your behalf, as there is no additional charge for the time I spend shopping for you, and you are only charged for the items you keep. Alternatively, I can suggest items for you to purchase, and you are welcome to buy them at your discretion.

How much does a professional organizer cost?

Rates for an Orlando professional organizer can vary based on your needs. All of my professional organization services are charged by the hour. You can find out my current rate by contacting me directly.

What payment methods are accepted?

I can accept payment through checks, cash, venmo, and Zelle.

Are you comfortable working around animals?

I love animals! As long as your pets are friendly, I am more than comfortable working alongside them. I do, however, have severe allergies to cats, and just ask that you give me a heads up if you have one.

How many hours do you normally work per day?

I normally work an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm. This can of course be adjusted to what you need.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

I believe in full transparency and would like you to know that I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask at the request of the client.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Any appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

What do we do with trash or donations?

I am not responsible for the removal of trash or donations off property but can provide hauling service referrals upon request.
